Mark Trail is a degreed engineer from North Carolina State University with 25 years of professional business operations and sales management experience.  His professional experience includes: business start-ups, strategic planning, budgeting and financial management, operating systems and procedure development and implementation, all aspects of business and personnel management, business transitioning, land and business acquisition, and commercial property development. Mark is an accredited associate of the Institute for Independent Business and has been an active licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker since 1987.

Mark has been in the Raleigh area for nearly 30 years and currently resides with his family in Wake Forest.  While he spends considerable time with his family, he also thoroughly enjoys his involvement and professional relationship with his clients and makes them a priority as well. Mark also enjoys time with extended family, friends, outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, golfing and salt-water fishing, playing basketball, and just relaxing at local or regional sporting events.

Mark is also grateful for the opportunity to have served for more than 10 years in senior high youth ministry at Wake Forest Presbyterian Church.  Additionally, demonstrating good stewardship of our blessings through our time, talent, and resources is something that Mark encourages of everyone – in both their professional and personal lives.
